What Causes Bruises On The Back Without Injury?

Hi, My 16 year old son just showed me some bruising/lines on his back. Like 6-8 different lines, almost look like stretch marks, or varicose veins. Not so much like an impact or trauma... Like someone dragged a pencil eraser across his back. Any ideas

This situation could be related to a coagulation disorder or pressure in this region. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with his attending physician for a physical exam and performing some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, coagulation tests).
