What Causes Bruises On The Legs With Frequent Urination?

I have bruises on both my legs. I ve had them for a year now. I ve had blood tests done and in Feb. of this year, I had an ultrasound for clots done in the ER. The blood tests didn t show anything and they did not find a clot in my legs. My legs swell and I have frequent urination. I ve always had frequent urination but it seems to be increasing. I get up a lot at night. Lately, I ve noticed that I drink more water but never really feel satisfied. I sometimes feel light headed and foggy. It comes out of nowhere. What could be going on? The bruising, the thirst, the fogginess...it s all new within the last year. I was once very active and I felt great. I will say that I ve gained a few pounds since last year because I stopped working out. But the weight should not be affecting me like this. Help?
