What Causes Bruises On The Legs?

I'm starting to get bruises on my legs they don't hurt and I know I didn't hit myself and I'm also getting little veins showing up even big ones are showing up is it because I have bad circulation? in my leg I am overweight I'm 5'11" 208 lbs could that be it?
