What Causes Bruising And Mild Swelling In The Inner Thighs?
what looks like bruising on inner thighs. also noticed swelling out of inner thighs (towards each other at the top of my legs). when i press the area and drag my fingers towards my knee the bruising appears to follow then disappears when I stop.

It could be a friction burns. We have to rule out other causes like fungal infection like jock itch.
As a first line management you can apply antifungal-steroid combination like clotrimazole-betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If lesion persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
