What Causes Bruising And Pain In The Ankle Region?

I was referred to ER yesterday & ultrasound was done because after taking an hour nap, I woke up to 4 x6 bruising on the lower area of my right leg. There is swelling and puffiness/ pain on my ankles on both feet that I had contributed to working on concrete floors for 7-10 hours per day. My knees are very achy also and a dull ache in my right calf. They were concerned with a blood clot but did not see any. I am concerned with the sudden onset of these blood vessels bursting and the continual pain I have in my feet/ ankle area.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to blood clot but it may be due to allergic condition if this is sudden onset and involved not just single area, this is just the differential diagnosis stated here hope this information helps.
