What Causes Bruising And Soreness On The Right Knee?

I fell a few days ago and hurt my right knee. It has bruising and soreness. I also have hip, lower back, and calf pain. My knee also has been swollen with a burning sensation. The pain is a dull ache to sharp pain. Sometimes if i sit or stand for to long my foot gets numb and tingly and hurts. What could be wrong and should I see a doctor? I've been taking over the counter pain killers and keeping ice and heat on my knee for the sweeling. please help me!
