What Causes Bruising At Blood Withdrawal Site?

Hi my name is Annie today my mum went to the doctors and gave her blood the lady looked like she doesn't give a crap and accidentally or purposely injected my mum and took the blood from her veins. Now its been about 7 hours and it looks like its been bruised and some part of her arms are gone green and red and black. Will anything happen?

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation, Your mother seems to be having-post-prick - blood leakage below skin, which is causing red,green,black part around the prick site.
Press on the prick spot for 5 minutes.Just keep a watch for to see it is not increasing in size.
Elevate arm if it does not stop from increasing after that.
Recheck with the family physician if it goes on increasing.
