What Causes Bruising In Inner Thigh And Calves?

hi, im 31 5'4 and 130 lbs about a week ago i fell off a ladder severly bruising my inner thigh and calve. i'm worried because one of my bruises is white in the middle with the bruising surounding it but where the white is theres a hard knot about the size of a quarter. Should i be worried?
