What Causes Bruising On Shin After A Calf Muscle Tear?

5 days agoi tore a calf muscle the hospital strapped leg from knee to toes and gave me crutches but now have a bruise on my shin that when i press around it leaves an indentation i cannot put weight on my leg or my foot flat on the ground should i get my leg checked again
