What Causes Bruising On The Back Of The Legs With Warmth?

Hello, I have been on Humira for 2+ years, and recently (2-3 weeks ago), I suddenly have bruising up the backs of both of my legs (calf to thigh). It doesn t hurt, or feel hot to the touch. I do feel excessively tired, but am having difficulty sleeping. What could this be?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are having calf swelling and it is red. So deep vein thrombosis should be ruled out to be sure that it is not a vascular cause. Colour doppler USG can be done for further work up for that. Homan sign should be elicited.
