What Causes Bruising On The Foreskin Post Unprotected Sex?

The foreskin of my penis gets bruised after unprotected sex, and takes about a day or two to get smooth again. I am facing this problem since a couple of months now. I am even finding trouble in gliding the foreskin up and down, which used to be easy earlier. Please help!

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Due to rough movement of foreskin it may cause bruising and swelling. This can be because of tight foreskin. You can either undergo circumcision or v-slit surgery to make the foreskin more freely moving.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
