What Causes Bruising On The Hands?

HI there, I was just looking to see what could have caused my work colleagues bruising in the inside of her hands. Her doc in NZ has not been much help, she is a librarian not a concrete worker and it just arose out of the blue. Could it be something to do with her veins?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be due to vein unless it is being diagnosed with investigations and clinical examination else it could be due to some injury, it may be due to systemic disease, it may be due to some allergic condition, over all it needs clinical examination and investigation hope this information helps.
