What Causes Bruising On The Skin At The Tuberculosis Testing Site?

I had TB test done over a month ago, it read negative. It was red with no induration to site. The area looks the exact same as it did a month ago. Small red circle smaller than a dime. What does this mean? It also bruised to the site about a week after having it done..

It indicates chronic infection, it is not accurate but it gives you rough idea. If you want to know accurate cause, then do blood test.
