Hello doctor , Iam karthic hailing from Ernakulam , and suffering by type 1 Diabetes , my problem is now a days a bubbling is forming while passing urine , what it means doctor , need ur valuable advice , my age is 31 years , exercise , medication is doing well.
Dear karthik i can understand your concern they symptom what you have mentioned is very significant and i should appreciate you for your observation. in my opinion the increased protein amount in urine might be the reason for excessive frothing. there are many conditions associated with frothing of urine in them the important are 1.urinary tract infections with pyuria 2.diabetic nephropathy (microscopic or macroscopic)
i suggest to go for complete urine examination and test for urine microalbuminuria to find out the cause. discuss with your treating doc regards
