What Causes Bubbling In The Chest?

I wanted to know why I do feel like sort of burping or felt a something bubbling on my chest ? ( hard to explain how I felt it )whenever I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom? It is not my stomach at all.. no gassy at all..

The usual cause in such a situation is generally excess gas in the stomach and/or colon - and the rumbling from movement of the bowel (Borborygmi)...
But then, it is wiser to get examined – rather than waiting and guessing
Because there are a few other causes the doctor may need to exclude by examination and/or investigation …
