What Causes Bubbling Sensation In Heart During A Panic Attack?

i have a strange question???

every once in a while i get these weird bubbling feelings in my heart (defiantly in hart) when it happens i panic and take a deep breath. it only happens for 1-3 seconds? it doesn't hurt, just very unpleasant and worrying

It is a anxiety attack. In that case, you can try some amtidepressant with low dose benzodiazepine. Antidepressant would help to prevent further attacks and benzodiazepine would help to get immediate relief. You can also try some relaxation exercise. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
