What Causes Bubbling Sound In Abdomen Of An Infant?

My baby is 3 months old, breastfeeding healthy baby. He doesn t have fever, and seems happy for the most part. While I breastfeed him I can hear gas in his intestines, bubbling, he is very gassy, and his stool is dark green and very liquid like bile; it also smells really bad like fish. Should I be concerned?

it appears he is swallowing air. it need to be bleached out. give the child liquid diet other then milk. It can be vegetable soup or boiled and messed apple if the child doesn't improve then consult pediatrician
