What Causes Bug Bite Like Bumps On The Legs And Arms?

I have these bug bite looking bumps developing all up and down my legs and arms. But they re not from bugs, since there s absolutely none around. And I ve watched them form without any prompt. They develop within seconds, and I cannot for the life of me figure out what is causing it. I ve never been known to be allergic to anything before

Hi.
As per your case history you are having papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
