What Causes Bulbous And Crooked Toes?

this is a question r/t abnormal physiology of the toes-my 2nd toes are app. 1/4" longer than my great toe, and the ends of the 2nd & 3rd toe are "bulbous". The 4th toes also are not straight-they curve toward the great toe. Is there any link between these findings and any known disease process?
