What Causes Bulge In Left Wrist?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have a bulge on my left wrist which becomes prominently visible when I bend my wrist. It is about 1cm in diameter and felt hard like soft bones. It doesn't hurt when left alone but ache slightly when I apply pressure.
