What Causes Bulging Of Veins In Arms Causing Pain?

my arms and up half my arms my veins are bulging more then inch above my skin and is painful,,also i do have high blood pressure and medicated for it but last month i been lighted headed ,vision comes and goes and very weak,head ache,also left side of my body from time to time hurts and some times feels like a knife stabbing in my heart 46 years old female,petite 116 pounds

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms that you have are not related with each others neither indicative of any disease, however you can go for CT brain imaging just to clear some doubt else this nothing to worry, hope this is information helps.
