General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The confusion can be cleared by simple tests for HIV in you and the lady - if negative in both of you there is nothing to worry about.
- Stop worrying.
- Get treated for Vitamin D deficiency and get the Physiotherapy for back ache.
- Consult a Neurosurgeon with MRI for further evaluation and treatment if required.
- General Surgeon will help you for the veins to know whether varicose veins, valve competence and the final diagnosis will help for management of the large veins.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
