What Causes Bulky Womb?

i had a period on the 17th may 2011 which lasted my normal 7 days! and then on the 14th june ii had a 3 day short light period! I am getting pregnancy symtoms but im unsure as had neg pregnancy result! my doctor had a look down below and said i have a bulky womb, does this mean im pregnant?
