What Causes Bump And Rash On Foot?

I have a bump on the bottom of my foot that just appeared as is swelling, and now a small rash on the top of my foot is appearing. it feels like my sock bunched up in my shoe and I am walking on a lump. not sure what it could be. its a little uncomfortable.. more annoying than anything. was sitting on the couch and noticed it when I went to walk on it.

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling could be due to CORN and if it so then this need to be removed surgically, for the confirmation of this it is advisable to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
