What Causes Bump At The Tip Of Penis?

I have had a bump at the tip of my penis for years now. It is just below the opening of my penis. There was a hard black object inside, visible through two tiny openings. I was not painful or causing me any discomfort. Today I saw that at one side a black seed like object was poking out and that I could move it with my fingers. I eased it out. The opening goes right through the skin, and I could put a thin object right through it. It is not inflamed or painful. What was it and why did it come out?

Hi.

Based on the description, it sounds like you have a cyst over the penis skin. There might have been some bleeding in the past which caused the blood to clot and dry. This blood would eventually become black in color as it broke down. It is also possible for it to come out like black objects.

This is the most likely cause however there are other possible reasons. In case there is any pain, swelling, or itching, please see a doctor right away.
