What Causes Bump Between Vagina And Buttocks?

My husband and I noticed something strange today. I gave a pimple like bump between my vagina and butt. It don t itch at all but it stings when I urinate and wipe. We have no insurance and we was just wondering what it could be. He also has a red patch in the middle of his penis. It isn t blistered or anything. He says it doesn t itch or burn.. We need help figuring this one out. Please please please help
