What Causes Bump In Vagina With Bleeding After Sex?

Hi, I'm so worry. Last night, I found my outside vagina area on the right has bump with solid and tiny black inside (look like getting black and blue when beaten). It is bleeding but not hurt. I had sex with my husband 2 days ago, yesterday morning it was normal until in the afternoon.
