What Causes Bump On Breast To Appear Intermittently?

I have a bump under by breast that keeps coming back every few months. It is maybe the size of a pea. When I squeeze it, white stuff comes out that smells like swiss cheese. It then goes away for several months and then returns. Should I see a doctor for it?

It is most likely a sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cyst is a collection of cheesy, foul smelling material secreted by sebaceous glands lining the cyst wall. The sebaceous cyst needs to surgically removed.
