What Causes Bump On Left Side Of Lower Abdomen?

i have a small bump like a golf ball(?) on the left side of my lower abdomen(?) right below my belly button and above my privatal area. I ve been having pretty horrible stomach pains and my period hasn t come this month and was irregular for the past 3-4 months. What does this mean?

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home. A ultrasound also needs to be done to see if there is any other problem like fibroid or ovarian mass.
