What Causes Bump On Neck Area Oozing White Fluid Upon Popping?

So I have this weird thing on my neck kinda like you re muscle on youre shoulder by your neck. Well before I popped it was huge and really white. Well my boyfriend squeezed again because it was white again and I guess it discharged a brown liquid..what do you think it is and what should I do?
