What Causes Bump On The Head Resulting In Severe Headache?
I have quite a few growths due to growing up in high sunlight (Arizona). One, on the top of my scalp (I have male-pattern-baldness), has begun to be slightly painful. I think it is also causing pain across my head (headaches) in increasing number and severity. Though it isn t above a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Should I be concerned. I do see a dermatologist once a year. Should I wait for a regular appointment or seek one sooner?

It would be best to be seen. Any changes noticed in skin lesions should be assessed. In the majority of cases the changes are not dangerous but the lesions still need to be examined.
