What Causes Bump On The Shaft Of Penis?

Hi, I have a a hernia like thing around my penis in the shaving area. It is to the left of the shaft and is not on my penis. I noticed it two days ago and hurts when I try to squeeze it. I have tried to squeeze to see if it pops but I don't know. A cyst ? Please help.

He will Examine you Physically.
Treatment depend on cause.
Multiple causes,
- Inguinal or Femoral Hernia.
-Varicocele.
-Hydrocele.
Any Growth.
He may order for some Tests.
Urinalysis.
Blood tests.
Ultrasound.
Surgery may be required.
