Hi! Good afternoon. i am Dr Shareef answering your query.
Burning sensation while passing urine might be due to a urine tract infection, which could be detected by a urine routine, microscopic and culture sensitivity test followed by appropriate antibiotic for a cure. Apart from this you have to go for enough of liquid and water in your diet. However, the bump inside your vagina might not be related to the UTI and it could be an independent pathology by itself. It might not be possible to opine on it without a clinical examination, and so I would advise you to get it assessed by a gynaecologist in your area.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
