What Causes Bumps And Burning Sensation While Urinating In Labia?

I have just recently went off my period, I had sex with my fiance two days before I went off, everything was fine. A day after I went off I noticed two bumps on my labia, and one down below that kind of burns when I go to bathroom. They are not in clusters and they do not hurt, are have discharge. Does thing like this occurs when you go off your period, and could it be a bacterial infection, are yeast, although I have no discharge, please help!
