What Causes Bumps And Swelling On Vagina And Irregular Periods?

hi I have many problems regarding vagina and abdominal. first thing is that my vagina is so swollen I got painful bumps and I guess my perineum is also swollen I didn t have any sex from last 3 months and secondly I have periode cycle problem some Dr says its pcos maybe I use to have periods for like more then ten days which get started again in week again.
