What Causes Bumps And Vaginal Discharge After Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi,
So I am a college female student and have not had vaginal sex. I have had multiple partners with whom I have participated in oral sex with.. I am honestly not sure whether I have HPV or not because I don't frequently look at my vagina.. and I have and I notice some weird bumps but I have googled every image and none of them fit my description. I am also not sure whether my vaginal discharge is normal. THE INTERNET IS NOT HELPFUL. i am really nervous to go to my health services place because 1. I think my vagina looks strange. 2. what will I do if I really do have a problem. I am really nervous and the webmd paranoia is taking over my life...
