What Causes Bumps And Vaginal Swelling With Thick Vaginal Discharge?

I have bumps and vaginal swelling, also white tissue like discharge. I used calamine lotion on my vagina lips and yesterday and that is gone. However, the opening of my vagina has bumps, and when I looked I had thick tissue like discharge inside of me. When I took it out it did not smell, it does not burn when I use the bathroom or in general it just itches and makes me feel very dry which I guess is from the swelling.

Hi,
I have gone through your query and i can understand your anxiety.

your presenting complaints might be due to protozoal or bacterial infection or results simply from your hair removal technique to minor infectious conditions like sebaceous cyst or Fordyce spots, Bartholin's cyst, genital herpes etc.
I would advice you to,
1. Maintain good hygiene
2. Avoid feminine products
3. Take Antibiotics (flagyl ) for a week or Daktarin vaginal gel application.
4. Urine routine & culture & vaginal swab if needed
