What Causes Bumps Around Nose And Eyes In Infant?

Hi, my 11 month old has had a bit of a runny nose that led into the left nostril becoming chapped and then cracked. It formed a large scab and then a few days ago, several small blister-like bumps popped up around the left side of her nose. This morning, we discovered 2 more similar bumps under her left eye. Should we be concerned and what do we do to help? We ve been putting triple antibiotic cream on it so far.
