What Causes Bumps Around The Pubic Area And Scrotum?

I have these small bumps around my pubic area and some on my scrotum. They are skin colored and very, very small. They also look like they have a white center and maybe a dimple in the middle of them. It keeps spreading and I do not know how to make it better. What is this and what can I do to stop this? From my research I do not think this is an STD rather its musculum. Your thoughts?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be hypersensitivity reaction and it may be self limiting, it does not cause any symptoms then it may be nonspecific,, just wait for some time it would come around, keep the area clean and no need to worry about this, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
