What Causes Bumps Around The Vagina During Pregnancy?

I am 30 weeks pregnant and 2 days ago I noticed alot of small Bumps around the outside of my vagina right where the lips meet the opening and I m extremely scared I haven t been with anyone other than my husband in 6 years I am 31 I have never had so much as an Yeast infection in my life

It can be due to Bartholin gland cyst.
So please do not worry and get yourself examine by your treating physician.
