What Causes Bumps Around Vagina And White Discharge?

The skin around my vagina is covered with red bumps & my skin down there has also become flaky, i tried scrubbing the skin off in the shower, but now it s irritated & swollen, I have also had a white milky discharge, what should i do? Should i be worried?
