What Causes Bumps At The Back Of The Skull?

It seems to me that I've developed ridges or bumps on the back of my skull. I am also occasionally light-headed when I turn my head towards my right shoulder. My memory isn't as good as it used to be either. I have not seen a physician. I've attributed it to getting older. What do you think?
