General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you might have an infection of mastoid bone behind the ear. It seems osteomyelitis of mastoid bone. Though, it is a rare infection, but if present needs a proper treatment, usually by surgical procedure known as mastoidectomy. Usually, it is a result of long standing untreated ear infection. Hence, in your case, it is to be advised to see an ENT doctor for proper diagnosis & treatment accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
