I have bumps on the inner top part of my mouth and they feel swollen and hurt when I eat and I just recently got them idk what they could be. They feel soft when I touch them with my tongue but if feels as if though the top of my gum is decaying in a way.

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,

I have gone through your query, as you have soft swelling in mouth and soft to touch dont worry it can be due to Gingival enlargement or Periodontal Abscess formation.

Do warm saline gargle two - three times a day.

Consult dentist for investigations IOPA x ray and go for Oral prophylaxis .

Hope this will help you.
