What Causes Bumps In Pubic Area And Groin?

I think I might have herpes But sometimes I get bumps on my pubic area and groin and I have one there now but it s cut open. No pain but itchy sometimes while I move. I ve been with a person before but so has others after me and they don t seem to have the same problems as me. And my bump comes and goes and never in hives

Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
