General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

You may be having folliculitis. It is an infection of the hair follicles and common in pubic area. It spreads to adjucent follicles and need to be treated with antibiotics. Keep the area clean. Try to remove the hair associated with bump. If it is not reducing then please consult a physician.

I hope this helps.
If you have any other queries, feel free to ask
