What Causes Bumps In The Nose With Greenish Discharge?

boiles my boyfriend thinks he got bit by something and he thought it was a boil but it left a hole in his leg after it drained now he has a bump on his nose it we bust it and its coming out green thick stuff and now he has a hole like his leg can you tell me what it is or what is causing it

This is caused by bacterial infection of hair follicles.This can spread from one site to another site by means of touching.Can get infected which can discharge pus.Keep your hands clean by washing with disinfectants,take antibiotics preferably amoxicillin(rule out allergy).
