What Causes Bumps Near Vaginal Opening?

I have a few small pimple like bumps near the opening of my vagina. I searched some things up because it doesn t look like a blister like herpes would be. I found something called a perineal yeast infection and it showed that bumps could appear. The bumps hurt when urine touches them or if i touch them. It looks like the bump has a yellow head to it. Any idea what it is??? PLEASE HELP!!!
