What Causes Bumps On Arms, Neck And Waist Area Of A 9 Year Old?

Hello,My 9 yr old grandson has been having trouble with bumps,bites or whatever they may be on his arms,neck,and around his waist.My daughter has taken him to the doctor and ruled out any kind of bugs,or bug related bites,no fleas or animals in our house.He is taking antibiotics and use s a ointment which is helping some some but new places seem to keep occurring.she has also been giving him allergy medication,he has now reddening is his left eye.The weird and strange thing is,NO one else in our house has them,another grandson 7,and granddaughter 3 and another one 1.There is 3 adults and my youngest daughter is 18.Please please do you have any suggestions to help this poor boy.They are itcy and driving him crazy.Thank you, Nana Teresa in Indiana

Bumps on arms, neck and waist could be due to soft tissue swellings. I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment, X-ray of the region to know the origin and nature of the swellings. Diagnosis of these swellings can determine the management of these lesions.
