What Causes Bumps On Bottom Of Vagina During Pregnancy?

I am 35 weeks pregnant I been having a lot of pressure on my pelvic area which caused my labias to swell up .. but a few days ago I noticed a few bumps appear on the bottom right side of my vagina I started cleaning everyday a very times a day with alcohol and then putting hydrocortisone ointment seems like there not bumps anymore more flat and slightly red but now they are burning me .. im really worried I know I don t have herpes or any stds ... and im embarrassed to go to the doctor because I don t want my boyfriend to know and hes the only one who would be able to take me.. can you help?

What ever the symptoms that you have could be nonspecific and may not need any treatment just keep the area clean with plain water no need to apply anything some time such appearance may be normal one and no need to worry about this, it will be fine soon, just take it easy, hope this information helps, have a nice day
